- Identity & verification: organization verification details you submit (text, attachments).
- Content & activity: messages, reviews/ratings, feed posts, likes, comments.
- Bookings: request details, dates, locations (as provided by users), status and updates.
- Support: messages you send to support and their metadata.

- Device & log: device model, OS, app version, language, timestamps, crash logs, diagnostics.
- Usage: screens viewed, taps, in-app events (e.g., video viewed, booking created).
- Network: coarse IP-based region for security/fraud and service quality.

- Reports: when users report accounts or content.
- Third-party sign-in (if enabled): basic profile and auth token.

- Provide and improve the App (profiles, search, feed, bookings, messaging, verification).

- Profile & content: you can update most profile fields, intro video, and feed content in the app.
- Permissions: manage camera, photos, microphone, notifications in device settings.
- Account deletion: request deletion via in-app settings (if available) or email us at TODO-REPLACE-EMAIL. We’ll delete or anonymize your personal data unless retention is legally required.
- Reports & moderation: you can report users or raise a concern in the app.

Annex: Feature-specific notes
- Intro Video & Media: Uploaded media is stored to deliver your profile and feed; remove it anytime from your profile.
- Organization Verification: Documents you submit are used solely to verify your organization and reduce fraud.
- Messaging: Messages are stored to provide chat functionality. We may process metadata (timestamps, delivery/read status) to operate features like seen ticks and pagination.
- Feed: Events such as “intro video uploaded”, “verified”, “booking completed” may appear in your followers’ feed as designed.
